Svagger Bob Lee, one of the world's great marksmen and the son of a Congressional Medal Honoree loner living in the Rockies. Hes left the army, he in a secret Ethiopian mission a few years ago, when hes recruited to help with a lisping colonel to find a way to get closer to the U.S. president in one of three cities in the next two weeks could be murdered drying suspended.
